Does the G50 come with a paper manual?

To better help protect the environment and avoid the risk of losing a paper manual, we provide an electronic version instead. You can access and download the electronic manual by scanning the QR code on the packaging box.

Does G50 have LiDAR/Laser Navigation?

It navigates with a Gyro sensor, it does not have LiDAR. The item has a basic sensing ability on big, fixed obstacles. We recommend clearing wires and low obstacles beforehand to prevent the vacuum from getting stuck during cleaning.

Does the G50 have a mapping feature and can it set zone cleaning and no-go zones?

It does not support mapping features, nor can it specify areas for targeted cleaning or set no-go zones. You can use the remote control in the app or physically move the product to the designated area for targeted cleaning.

Why does the G50 always stop for a few seconds and then continue running during cleaning?

Due to the fact that it does not have a LiDAR but uses gyroscope navigation, it will pause itself every 1 minute to recalibrate for better navigation and cleaning performance.

Why does the G50 navigation use a random route instead of a Z-shaped path?

It has two cleaning modes: Random and Arranged clean mode. Please ensure that you have not selected the random clean mode. In this mode, it will clean in a random pattern. We recommend using this mode on carpets for more thorough cleaning.

G50 does not support the 5GHz frequency band.
Dynamic Navigation: G50 travels around your space methodically so that it doesn’t miss a spot. And since it’s just 81 mm thick, it can easily clean under sofas or cabinets. Note: We recommend turning on Random mode in the app when G50 cleans carpets.
